Percentages are the document's own '% to NAV' column (already in percent). As of 31 May 2026 the strategy held NO derivative positions: the Derivatives (a) Index/Stock Future and (b) Index/Stock Option blocks and their Sub Totals are printed but blank, and the notes state 'Hedging positions through futures ... NIL', 'Other than Hedging positions through futures ... NIL', options NIL and interest-rate swaps NIL. There are therefore no SHORT lines, and the debt block (G-sec, NCDs) is likewise blank. Disclosure of Margins: Total Gross Margin 0. Net Assets Rs 2,078,544,029.121 (Rs 207.85 Cr). Portfolio Turnover Ratio field is blank in the source. Sleeve roll-ups: debt 0.0 because the DEBT INSTRUMENTS block (G-sec, NCDs) is printed with no lines and blank totals - the only fixed-income asset is a 91-day T-Bill sitting in the 'C) Money Market Instruments' block, so other 40.5301 = money-market 11.88 + repo 31.1529 + net current liabilities -2.5028; equity+debt+other = 100.00. Note the workbook's margin table is headed 'Disclosure of Margins as of 31st March 2026' even though the portfolio is as on 31 May 2026 - reproduced as printed, not corrected. Source workbook covers BOTH Titanium funds - equity data is on sheet 'Titanium Equity Long Short Fund'.
Normalised from the AMC's published portfolio statement. Derivative market value, notional exposure and regulatory gross exposure can be measured on different bases, so the AMC's own statement remains controlling. Holdings are historical and change without notice — this is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
Titanium Equity Long-Short Fund is Tata Asset Management's equity long-short strategy under its Titanium SIF brand, allotted on 14 May 2026, benchmarked to the Nifty 500 Total Return Index and carrying the highest SIF risk band (Level 5).

However, there is no assurance that the investment objective of the Investment strategy will be achieved." Investment Strategy Code: TSIF/O/E/ELSF/26/02/0002/TATA. Both subscription frequency and redemption frequency are stated as "Daily (All business days)". Equity is the dominant sleeve at 80-100%, with the short book capped at 25%. The KIM asset-allocation table gives, as a percentage of investible funds: Equity and equity related instruments 80% minimum to 100% maximum; Short exposure through unhedged derivative position in equity and equity related instruments 0% to 25%; Debt and money market instruments including fixed income derivatives 0% to 20%; and Units issued by InvITs 0% to 20%. The AMFI Investment Strategy Summary Document states the same bands and records the last line as "REITs & InvITs 0 -20". Three fund managers are named, including a dedicated overseas-investment manager. The KIM lists under "NAME OF THE FUND MANAGER": "Suraj Nanda Amit Somani Hasmukh Devji Vishariya (Managing since not applicable as the strategy is new)". The AMFI Investment Strategy Summary Document classifies all three as Primary, with Hasmukh Devji Vishariya designated "Primary (Overseaes Investment)" [sic], each with a from-date of 27/04/2026. A Rs 10 lakh entry ticket but a comparatively low Rs 1,000 top-up. The KIM's minimum application table specifies, both during the NFO and on a continuous basis, "Rs. 10,00,000/- and in multiples of Re. 1/-thereafter (considering all investment strategies of Titanium SIF)", with minimum additional purchase of Rs 1,000 and in multiples of Re 1, and minimum redemption/repurchase of Rs 500 and in multiples of Re 1. The PAN-level minimum investment threshold across all Titanium SIF strategies is INR 10 lakh. The KIM also records: "At present there is no notice period" for redemption. Allotment was on 14 May 2026, carrying the top risk band. The AMFI Investment Strategy Summary Document records NFO Open Date 27-Apr-26, NFO Close date 11-May-26, Allotment Date 14-May-26 and Reopen Date 20-May-26, and states the risk band as "Risk Level 5 (Band Range 1-5, 5 been highest risk)" both at the time of launch and as on date. Note that the Tata SIF fund page displays an "Inception Date" of 27-04-2026, which is the NFO open date rather than the allotment date.
