Source states '% to Net Assets' as a fraction of 1 (e.g. 0.0813 = 8.13%); values here are multiplied by 100. The DERIVATIVES block has an EXPLICIT Long/Short column, used verbatim; it is corroborated by the sign of quantity and market value (short lines carry negative quantity and negative %). pct values are stored as absolute values - use 'side' for direction. AMC-stated exposures: 'Exposure to derivative instrument at the end of the period in Lakhs 2616.57'; 'Total exposure due to futures (hedging positions) as a %age of net assets : -4.72%'; 'Total exposure due to futures (non hedging positions) as a %age of net assets : 12.56%'. No single gross/net derivative sub-total row is printed, hence sleeves.derivatives is null. Debt Instruments, Others and Gold blocks are all printed NIL, so debt = 0.0; other 26.84 = money-market T-bill 8.89 + TREPS 8.93 + net receivables 9.02, and equity+debt+other = 100.00. Portfolio turnover 8.13 times. Units have a Rs 1,000 face value - NAV at 30 Jun 2026 was Rs 931.5607 (Regular Growth) / Rs 939.7426 (Direct Growth), i.e. below par is NOT implied; par is Rs 1,000. Fund total Rs 33,377.56 lakhs (Rs 333.78 Cr). Benchmark Nifty 50 TRI. Latest monthly portfolio published by ITI as of the extraction date is June 2026; a July 2026 file is not yet on the disclosure index.
Normalised from the AMC's published portfolio statement. Derivative market value, notional exposure and regulatory gross exposure can be measured on different bases, so the AMC's own statement remains controlling. Holdings are historical and change without notice — this is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
An equity long-short strategy holding 80–100% in equity and equity-related instruments, benchmarked to the Nifty 50 TRI, with unhedged short exposure of up to 25% of net assets. Unusually for a SIF, it is open-ended with daily redemption — and its units carry a ₹1,000 face value rather than the usual ₹10.
The objective, as stated in the scheme document. ITI's documents define the aim as generating "long-term capital appreciation from a diversified portfolio that dynamically invests in equity and equity-related securities, including limited short exposure in equity through derivative instruments of companies across various market capitalisation."
An equity-heavy mandate with a quarter available to short. The allocation, revised with effect from 1 January 2026, is 80–100% to equity, equity-related instruments and REIT units (inclusive of unhedged short exposure), 0–20% to debt and money market, and 0–20% to InvIT units. Naked short derivative positions taken for non-hedging purposes are capped at 25% of net assets, and cumulative gross exposure at 100%.
Daily liquidity — which sets it apart from most SIFs. Many SIF strategies are interval structures with weekly or monthly redemption windows. Diviniti is open-ended: subscription and redemption are both available on any business day, with a 3:00 p.m. cut-off, though the AMC reserves the right to reduce that frequency.
A ₹1,000 face value, so read the NAV carefully. Units were issued at ₹1,000 each during the NFO rather than the conventional ₹10. A NAV in the ₹900s therefore reflects a position below the issue price — not a fund trading near par. Since-inception return on this page is computed against the ₹1,000 face value.
The management line-up has changed twice in recent weeks. Mr. Alok Ranjan became the sole designated fund manager with effect from 11 July 2026, after Mr. Vasav Sahgal's resignation. Mr. Rajesh Bhatia, who had been fund manager for overseas investments, resigned with effect from 7 August 2026. ITI's own strategy summary document had not yet caught up with these changes at the time of writing.

All Equity Long-Short funds we track, with their latest NAV, trailing returns, size and risk level. This fund is highlighted. Click a column heading to sort the table; the # column then shows each fund's position on that column. It is arithmetic on the period you chose, not a rating or a recommendation. Most SIFs are young, so check each fund's age before comparing. Open any fund's page from its name, or use the compare tool for a side-by-side view.
