What this strategy does

Draft filed with SEBI in late July 2026 for the first debt-category SIF: an interval strategy (one redemption window a year, with notice) with units proposed to list on NSE/BSE, 50–75% in financial-services debt, benchmark CRISIL Composite Credit Risk Index. Taxation would follow the specified-mutual-fund (slab-rate) rules — a different proposition from equity-taxed SIFs. NFO window not yet announced.

Offer documents, from the fund house

We link to the fund house’s own files and never re-host them. The offer documents govern; read them before investing.

Before you invest in any NFO

  • Read the ISID and KIM. Everything on this page is summarised from them and from the fund house’s own announcements.
  • Check the benchmark, exit load and redemption days in the offer document. Many SIFs redeem only on set days of the week: see the terms of every live SIF.
  • Check who manages it and what else they run.
  • A fund in NFO has no track record and no NAV history.
  • Trustner distributes Regular plans, which include distributor commission. Direct plans are available from the fund house.

Questions about this NFO

Is the Platinum Sectoral Debt Long-Short Fund open for investment?

Not yet. Mirae Asset has filed a draft offer document with SEBI; the NFO dates are set only when the final document is published.

What is the minimum investment?

₹10 lakh, counted at PAN level across all the SIF strategies of one fund house (accredited investors are exempt), as SEBI’s SIF framework sets it.

Does a fund in NFO have a track record?

No. A fund in NFO has no NAV history and no performance, so it cannot be compared with a live fund. Judge it on its offer document: the strategy, the limits on short positions, the fund managers and the costs.

Where can I read the offer documents?

Every document we link is the fund house’s or AMFI’s own copy: SEBI draft filing.
