Extracted from the AMC's own 'DynaSIF Funds - June 2026' factsheet, section 'Portfolio as on June 30, 2026'. The factsheet prints only three columns (Company Name | Sector | % to Net Assets): there is NO Long/Short column and NO ISIN column, so every isin is null and SIDE IS DERIVED from the sign of the printed '% to Net Assets' (positive => LONG, negative => SHORT). Printed 'Sub Total' rows are not holdings; they are carried in sleeves.disclosedSleeveLabels using the AMC's own printed section headers. No gross-exposure or net-exposure figure is printed anywhere in the factsheet. Checked 2026-08-08: 360 ONE's Downloads page (https://www.360.one/dyna-sif/download, tab 'Portfolio Disclosure' > category 'Monthly Portfolio') listed only a May-2026 and a March-2026 monthly-portfolio workbook - no June-2026 monthly portfolio XLS was published - so this factsheet is the most recent security-level disclosure. This is the fund's FIRST portfolio disclosure - units were allotted 24 June 2026, six days before this 30-Jun-2026 snapshot. No derivatives section of any kind is printed for this strategy this month, so sleeves.derivatives is null (absence of disclosure, not a zero). Extracted holdings sum to 99.98 against the printed GRAND TOTAL of 100.00; the 0.02 gap is the AMC's own rounding across printed lines. Factsheet prints Launch Date 24 June 2026 and benchmark BSE 500 TRI.
Normalised from the AMC's published portfolio statement. Derivative market value, notional exposure and regulatory gross exposure can be measured on different bases, so the AMC's own statement remains controlling. Holdings are historical and change without notice — this is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
DynaSIF Equity Ex-Top 100 Long-Short Fund is an open-ended investment strategy that holds 65-100% of total assets in equity and equity-related instruments of companies outside the top 100 by full market capitalisation, with up to 35% permitted in top-100 companies and up to 25% in unhedged short derivative exposure on ex-top-100 names.
The universe is defined against SEBI's market-cap ranking. The ISID defines 'Ex-Top 100' companies as those other than large-cap companies under clause 3.9.1 of the SEBI Master Circular for Mutual Funds dated March 20, 2026 - that is, companies ranked 101st and below by full market capitalisation (mid-cap 101-250, small-cap 251 onward). The core band is 65-100% of total assets in that ex-top-100 equity universe. Large caps are allowed, but only as a minority sleeve. The ISID permits 0-35% of total assets in equity and equity-related instruments of top 100 companies, 0-25% in debt and money market instruments and 0-20% in units issued by InvITs, alongside the 65-100% ex-top-100 core. Source: 360 ONE ISID Part II-A; the same bands appear in the AMC's comparative table of all DynaSIF strategies.
The short cap is scoped to the ex-top-100 universe. The unhedged short line in the allocation table is specifically 'Unhedged short derivatives exposure in equity and equity related instruments of companies Excluding Top 100', at 0-25%. The ISID's indicative exposure table restates this as 'Unhedged Short Exposure: Upto 25% of equity and equity related instruments of other than large cap stocks', citing clause 21.6 of the SEBI circular dated March 20, 2026. Source: 360 ONE ISID Part II-A.
Other exposure limits are disclosed in the ISID's indicative table. Securities lending is capped at 20% of net assets subject to a 5% cap per single counterparty, and investment in foreign securities or overseas ETFs is capped at 20% of net assets, in each case per the SEBI Master Circular dated March 20, 2026. The ISID also lists instruments the strategy will not invest in, including debt instruments with special features (AT1 and AT2 bonds) and debt instruments with structured obligations or credit enhancement. Source: 360 ONE ISID Part II-A.
Four managers are named in the statutory documents. The KIM lists the fund managers as Mr. Harsh Agarwal, Mr. Mayur Patel, Mr. Milan Mody and Mr. Pranav Mise. The ISID's 'Who manages the investment strategy' table profiles the same four, identifying Mr. Pranav Mise as Co-Fund Manager. The June 2026 factsheet shows Harsh Agarwal, Milan Mody and Mayur Patel as fund managers with Pranav Mise as co-fund manager.
