What this strategy does
Draft filed with SEBI in late July 2026 for the first debt-category SIF: an interval strategy (one redemption window a year, with notice) with units proposed to list on NSE/BSE, 50–75% in financial-services debt, benchmark CRISIL Composite Credit Risk Index. Taxation would follow the specified-mutual-fund (slab-rate) rules — a different proposition from equity-taxed SIFs. NFO window not yet announced.

Offer documents — from the AMC
The AMC has not yet published offer documents we can link to. Nothing should be discussed with a client until the SID and KIM are out.
Before you discuss this with anyone
- Read the SID and KIM yourself. Everything above is summarised from them and from the AMC’s own release; the scheme documents govern.
- Check the benchmark in the SID. Category-level benchmark labels are generalisations and do not hold fund by fund.
- Check the exit load and any lock-in, and whether the minimum differs for accredited investors.
- Confirm who manages it and what else they run. A new strategy from an experienced desk is not the same proposition as a new desk.
- A fund in NFO has no track record and no NAV history. It cannot be compared with a live fund, and any performance table that includes it is misleading.
- We distribute Regular plans. Say so early if the client asks about Direct.
